The HORIA HULUBEI NATIONAL INSTITUTE FOR PHYSICS AND NUCLEAR ENGINEERING (“IFIN­HH”) maintains this e-Learning Platform for Education and Training. All Material on this Platform is subject to the present Terms and Conditions.

Materials provided on this Platform are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The IFIN-HH specifically does not make any warranties or representations as to the accuracy or completeness of any such Materials.

The IFIN-HH periodically adds, changes, improves or updates the Materials on this Platform without notice. The use of this Platform is at the User’s sole responsibility. Under no circumstances shall the IFIN-HH be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.

Access to and use of password-protected and/or secure areas of the Platform is restricted to authorized Users. Unauthorized access to such areas is prohibited. As a registered Platform User, you agree that you are solely responsible for activities that occur under your account. Accordingly, you agree and understand that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords associated with your account.

The IFIN-HH reserves the right in its sole discretion to alter, limit or discontinue this Platform or any Materials in any respect. The IFIN-HH shall have no obligation to take the needs of any User into consideration in connection therewith.

The User must provide IFIN-HH with accurate and complete information, and you agree to update your information to keep it accurate and complete.

The participation in or completion of a course does not confer any academic credit. IFIN-HH has no obligation to have a course recognized by any educational institution or accreditation organization.
